Redo the Sprinkler System
When my wife and I bought this house we loved everything about it including the completely landscaped back yard. It did not take me long to discover that the sprinkler system that was installed is not at all adequate for the amount of plants and grass there is. There is almost no coverage and everything is beginning to die. Before it gets any worse I called a landscape service company to have them redo all of my lawn sprinklers in the back as well as the front yard.
